You just have to brush gently across the fabric. **Q: Is it only one peac on 8,63??** A: I don't have the item in front of me but I believe it is 2 types of material but it is bonded together. It is similar to a stone that one uses to shave off dead skin from ones heels. Yuck that's an awful answer but I hope it serves. It's small and fits in your palm easily. What does 8,63 mean? **Q: Is the original D-Fuzz-It made in USA or a similar brand?** A: The one I bought here at Amazon has a US address printed right on the comb, but it doesn't say "Made in USA," so I suspect it isn't actually made here, but managed by a US company. I have never had good results with an electric sweater shaver and I have never used a sweater stone. I bought this specifically for a fleece pull over that was looking run down after just a couple of washes. It is pretty effective. It is a time consuming but the look and feel of the defuzzed vs fuzzed sides is significant. The build quality is what you would expect at this price. I had to snip some plastic away that looked like it would catch on the fabric. I will be interested to see how long this lasts. The "blade" appears to be coated with a rough material that looks like it could wear away over time.
