My cane came without 1 of the base feet covers. I can't drive. Do I need to return it, since you have a problem wiht missing part & and buy it elsewhe

You can definitely get better covers than what came with! I replaced mine with larger, non slip covers!!

My mother used this one time and says it is awkward for her to use ...can it be returned after one use?
