Worked great for me. If you're measurement is near the max range, go next size larger. I measured in the middle of the XL range and I found that I was almost too large. It will stretch so I didn't want a really tight fit so keep that in mind when you order.

Just a horrible experience. Bought this as a backup after open abdominal surgery, so I really needed it. It came with no directions, just a detached sticker about what to remove to make it stick. Fair enough, that happens and I did figure it out. BUT OMG. The velcro is SO adhesive that I thought I was going to have to cut it off! Luckily my son was there and between the two of us, we FINALLY got it unhooked. I was in so much pain by then. I will never use this or pass it on for anyone else. It is taller than other binders (which is why I got it) but sadly the velcro ruined the whole thing.
