Engineered from advanced composite reinforced resin, this locking and release mechanism maintains unrivaled holding power set after set, ensuring the over-sized latch won't get loose. **Q: How do these composite resin collars compare to cheap plastic collars or traditional spring clips?** A: They completely outperform them. As the strongest and most durable collar on the market, its unrivaled holding power means absolutely no more rattling or sliding plates, unlike weak traditional spring clips or cheap plastic barbell collars. **Q: Can I drop the bar with these collars on?** A: Absolutely. These heavy-duty barbell clips are specifically designed to secure your plates together drop after drop. They are fully optimized for high-impact gym sessions, including Olympic lifts, Deadlifts, Clean and Jerks, and HIIT training. **Q: Will these slim collars fit specialty barbells?** A: Yes! Built with a space-saving profile, this slim collar securely fits standard 2" (50mm) specialty bars. It maximizes sleeve space for extra plates while keeping your weights fully secured during high-impact workouts. **Q: Is extended protection provided?** A: Yes. Lock-Jaw collar is built to be the last pair you'll ever buy. If a collar fails under normal use due to material or manufacturing defects, we will replace it. We stand by our durability 100% ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ First Impressions *by on Reviewed in the United States 11 September 2023* I just got these in yesterday and used them today for the first time and initial impressions are good. They lock down on the bar good and tight. The one had release is actually a pretty nice feature to have. My only complaint is that the magnet on side could be a little stronger. It sticks to the rack but sometime I would put it on and it would slide down a little. Not off but down and it would stop and stay there. But overall I like it. ### ⭐ Overpriced and tough to use *by on Reviewed in the United States 30 August 2026* Magnet is just glued to the housing and came off upon immediate first use. $60 for this seems insane. Super tough to get on a brand new barbell from REP and also the clamp is hard to takeoff. Definitely do not reccomend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredibly convenient, secure, & awesome looking *by on Reviewed in the United States 17 May 2023* At first one was very tight & a little tough to get on/off both with the lever & sliding it on. After a week or two of heavy use however, the plastic mechanism snapped off(see picture) which made it much more smooth. Still 5 stars because besides that I don't think it has effected performance. Probably going to pick up another pair of these. Once you try magnets on your collars you probably won't want to go back ## Frequently Bought Together - Lock-Jaw Flex Quick Release Aluminum Barbell Collar with Magnet (Black) - Lock-Jaw PRO 2 Barbell Collar - Quick Release Barbell Clamp - CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Weight Plate | Multiple Options --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/407166515-lock-jaw-barbell-collars-flex-quick-release-aluminum-with-magnet](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/407166515-lock-jaw-barbell-collars-flex-quick-release-aluminum-with-magnet) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
