Laura Ashley - Queen Sheet Set with Fitted Sheet & Pillowcases

Color and pattern: close to the photo - rose print seems smaller, but still lovely. Fabric: soft and comfortable. Warmth: almost akin to flannel, but lighter weight. Quality: high. Fitted pockets: deep. Value for money: High. You will likely be very happy with the purchase.

Supper soft, cool and High Quality. It would be nice if the depth of the pocket were slightly shallower and the elastic band a bit stronger. The fitted sheet does not stay very tightly on our mattress which I think is 12” thick. All in all, I highly recommend. They are so beautiful!

Brand, thread count, and feel were important in my decision. Laura Ashley products are of high quality. The cotton, 300 thread count was the range I was looking for, for durability, softness, and breathability. It came out of the package with a rough feel, but after the 3rd washing, they were very soft. My mattress is 12" thick and the fitted sheet was easy to put on and pulls tight. The pillow cases give plenty of room. The color and style met my expectations. I could have purchased blended lower-cost sheets, but I am glad I spent the extra dollars.

I have always wanted floral sheets, but a king size bed has pretty expensive sheets, so plain white ones from Costco were what we had for years. When we repainted the main bedroom pink (Hubby just likes pink), then I went shopping on Amazon, looking for pink floral sheets. Found several patterns, one of which was this one by Laura Ashley. When the price dropped to $49, then I had to get them! First, these ARE 100% cotton; no polyester. Therefore, they WILL wrinkle if you leave them in the dryer for too long. They are softer and smoother than the cotton sheets from the warehouse club store. We have not slept on them yet; we rotate sheets, and they have not hit their rotation, AND, we have guests for the holidays coming, and I am pretty sure that these pretty sheets will hit their rotation while our guests (our kids and grandkids) are here. We are used to getting FOUR pillowcases in king-sized sheet sets. This set has only TWO pillowcases, which is why I am giving the set a four, not five, star rating. We use all four cases in our other sets, so I will have to sub out some plain white cases on the extra pillows. Some reviewers have complained about these sheets not being soft. Cotton is usually soft after being washed; the sizing used on fabrics is supposed to be laundered out. If people are putting these sheets on their beds without washing them, EWW. Do they think that the sheet factory washes, dries, and irons these sheets after they are sewn? No, they are not; they come off the sewing machines, from the hands of laborers who may not be very clean, and are only pressed for appearances. They are not washed, so you should ALWAYS wash sheets, towels, underwear, and anything else that is washable and will touch your skin, before you wear it. Looking at the fitted sheet, I am pretty sure it will fit our mattress without much difficulty. All in all, I like these sheets, and I am happy, so far, with them. If I have any difficulty with them, I will edit this review.

I love these. I have three L. Ashley king sheet sets... not for my bed, but because I love the prints so much. Very cottage-core! I use the flat sheets to soften up table scapes, photo shoots, etc. The fitted sheet goes around my dogs bed and can be washed as frequently as needed. (I actually find the more you wash these, the softer they get) Please stay with this style Laura Ashley, you give my home so much warmth!

well i had thought i had ordered ivory because that is what it says it is. but of course its white and therefore does not match my duvet cover !can i put two different colours together ? i must say tho i do like them very smooth and soft havent got them on the bed yet waiting for more pillow slips ...well i did put them on the bed they fit beautifully plenty of room and my mattress is so big / deep and lovely to sleep under color is now irrelevant ....

Soft, breathable, feminine design

These sheets are great. Deep pockets for thick mattresses. Well constructed, no stray threads. The fabric is soft, the prints are elegant and well defined. They wash up well and the cotton and lightweight weave means they breathe well for a comfortable night’s sleep. I’ve been using for months now and they have held up well with no pilling, shrinking or fading. I will buy again as needed.

Not a very a good quality. I found them dirty and the pillows cover very very long. I have the pillows normal size and these covers are double long, very annoying every night to use it!
