Very healthy
The best grain. It now replaces brown rice in my cooking because it is higher in protein and other nutrients. Also keeps its shape and never clumps up.

Tasty, healthy and very easy to prepare. Can be a perfect rice replacement or can be put into soups. Very easy to prepare and is decent the next day if kept in the fridge. I recommend it to everyone.

Super-healthy!
Super-healthy and tasty, I cook this in my pressure cooker and it only takes 6 minutes, HUGE amounts of Protein & Fibre. I now use this instead of Brown Rice.
