But taste great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very little glucose spike *by K***M on 8 February 2026* I barely got a glucose spike after eating upto120grams of cooked rice. I wear a CGM Patch to monitor my glucose after eating and the spike was much less than the spike from 1 multi millet flour roti. Ofcourse I cooked it in an open pan and drained the balance water.
