The length of the cord is great, the sound comes out very nice and it’s very simple to use: plug in and turn on your camera. As other people have said, you can’t hear anything when you re-watch the video and have the microphone plugged in, so just unplug it to hear the video. One thing though is that I’ve used this on decently windy days and it does struggle a bit. You can still hear most of what’s being said, but it can bit spotty with a big gust of wind.
