Hope that helps. They work for me. (Narrow heal) **Q: I have a heel with a toe strap that’s a bit hard and will likely produce a blister, the shoe fits perfectly will this strip help prevent blistering??** A: I’m uncertain if this will work for you.I don’t think it will adhere properly to the toe strap, in addition to being aesthetically pleasing. In the past I purchased a thong toe protector that slid over the toe strap and stayed in place due to its cylinder shape. It was made of a translucent rubber/plastic and had a slit to make it easy to apply. I used the Foot Petals Strappy Strips for a pair of sandals that had straps that were cutting into my foot. I applied the strips under the area that was painful and it resolved my issue. **Q: Will these keep your sandals from slipping with panty hoes on!?** A: Good question. I did use the strips with pantyhose on and I did experience a little slippage in the heel due to the hosiery flexing / sliding. The strips worked better against bare skin/heel.
