After trying many different magnesium brands, I fell in love with bio-optimizers, magnesium breakthrough. I've been very happy with this magnesium supplement. The blend of multiple forms of magnesium is easy on my stomach, and I noticed improved relaxation and better sleep after taking it consistently. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the quality feels excellent. A great addition to my daily routine!

No upset stomach; it's helped a lot in reducing constipation. I'm still sleeping about 6 hours on average per night. I do fall asleep quicker, and I sleep the 6 hours straight. No complaints; all good so far. I'm glad I decided to take a chance with this product, and it was well worth the price.

I have ADHD & it’s hard for me to fall asleep & stay asleep. I used to take Advil PM & then switched to Unisom at some point… it can’t be good to take those long term (dementia???), right? Anyway, I wanted to take something more natural & have been taking this magnesium supplement to sleep & nothing else, I take it after dinner. I’d say that there has been an adjustment period & some sleepless nights but I get sleepy at bedtime now & if I do wake up & happen to stay awake, I’m not groggy or irritated that I can’t go back to sleep. Mostly I’ll fall back asleep though. I feel like it’s completely changed my mood, too, & my nervous system feels more regulated (I’m singing when I wake up & not mad about it???) so I’m going to keep taking it.

This stuff is amazing! My leg cramps are gone and I’m sleeping very deep again, which hasn’t happened in years. Having crazy dreams, lol 😊

When I first started taking these I didn’t noticed a difference. After running out I started to notice they did help so now they’re on subscription!

I love this supplement! I take a GLP1 and it made me constipated. I follow Phil's my Pharmasist and he was talking about how good this supplement is. I started taking this and now I'm regulated, I sleep better and feel better overall!

I've been using this prodcut for about 2 weeks and I feel the change in my gut health, my overall alertness. I like how I take them at night and by morning I have a regular bowel movement. I feel i get a better sleep at night as well. Overall very happy with the product so far.

My husband and I have been taking the Magnesium Breakthrough for about 12-14 days now and our sleep has drastically improved. I’ve had a really crazy hard time falling and staying asleep and it’s basically fixed both. I had gotten unused of sleeping for 8/9 hours every night…

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
