I use a small face cushion also, but if you have a small head, you will need to tighten the straps as much as possible. Could not find this anymore in smaller size so purchased the standard size **Q: does this have the crown adjustment?** A: The Amara View headgear adjusts in three areas. On top of the head the Velcro strap opens and closes, tightening or loosening up or down. The second strap runs from the top of the mask to the top of your ears and adjusts with Velcro to fit comfortably. The third strap loops through the mask at its base extending below the ears with Velcro that adjusts to your tightening needs. All straps are relatively small and comfortable, but wearing over time they do stretch somewhat and eventually need to be replaced. None of the straps impair visibility.
