## Features

- Total Dimensions: 21 ¾" Height x 30" Width which includes the approximate 3" mounting frame over foundation opening. Be sure to measure your opening, based on these dimensions, prior to ordering.
- Doors install surface mount over the foundation opening. Door does not fit into opening.
- Great for retro-fit, encapsulating the crawl space or for crawl space access.
- Remove cover for easy access. Paintable with a plastic adherent paint. May be insulated by gluing insulation to the inside of the cover.
- Made of durable ABS / UV treated plastic. Won't rust or rot! Helps keep rodents and insects out of the crawl space.
