Composed of LLDPE surface and PU foaming layer, this carrier features superior temp retention, maintaining the food inside warm for 4-6 hours or chilled for 3-5 hours. Plus, the inlaid sealing ring enhances thermal insulation, and the vent cap serves to balance air pressure and control humidity.
- Large Inner Capacity: Our hot box for catering has a spacious interior for holding a variety of pan sizes. Its internal dimensions are 21"x13"x19" / 54x33.5x49 cm, and the capacity reaches 95 quarts / 90 L. It can accommodate six 2.5" / 6.5 cm high pans or three 6.5" / 15 cm high pans in different intervals. Note: Food pans are not included. The food carrier is sure to meet the demands of your menu, and you can transport large amounts of food all at once.
