4 Pack Classic Silicone Nipple, Medium Flow (3-6 months)

My special needs grandson is older but still drinks from a bottle, we have to cut the tips of the nipples to flow enough for him, they for the price and quality, they are great.

They work fine

I have both dr brown nipples and evenflo nipples on hand. I purchased the dr brown ones thinking they would function well for my bottles. Unfortunately they kept collapsing while baby fed and I constantly had to keep turning bottle to keep the flow going. I then purchased evenflo bottles and the standard nipples came with them. No collapsing! I was so thrilled to see that i didn't have to keep turning bottle and they are a lot cheaper then other brand which was even better. I then ordered these medium flow ones once she turned 3 months and they've been working great!

The opening does produce a better flow of formula, but leaks depending on what type of bottle top you are using. I have the 8 Oz and 5 Oz evenflo bottles and these leak ar tines with the 8 oz bottle.

Update from previous review that was poor. I thought it was labeled wrong but I mistook the arrow for a “1”. But it is pointing towards a “2” indicating it is Indeed a medium flow nipple, which is what I ordered.

Bottles are so expensive. Great value and beats buying a whole bottle.

We bought these nipples to use with our Evenflo glass bottles as we transitioned our 4 month old to a faster flow nipple. As expected, they're easy to change out. Unfortunately that is where the pros of these nipples end leaving me with two large complaints. 1- When visually comparing the slow flow and medium flow nipples, there is no way to tell them apart. While other brands will have additional holes, these look the exact same. 2- Perhaps making complaint number 1 moot, these nipples don't appear to allow the milk to flow any faster. Our daughter takes the same amount of time to drink from these nipples as the slow flow. With other brands we went from 15-20 min for a 6 oz bottle down to 5-10. We love the glass Evenflo bottles, and we really wanted to love these nipples. However given they don't do what they're intended to do, feed the baby quicker, I don't see any reason to purchase these nipples and cannot recommend them.
