I purchased two as for Christmas gift for kids, but I end up with returning one without opening it. However, I need to take resposibility of the return shiping. I did understand I gotta pay but I would prefer this policy listed somewhere on the product page so buyer as I can prepare for this situation.

**Q: Does this connect to Wi-Fi and is it easy to load ebooks from Amazon?**
A: Amazon sells Kindle eBooks, so you must load those to a Kindle or convert them to ePub (if possible) in order to load on a Kobo. Kindle books are not directly compatible with Kobos.

**Q: Warranty.
there is a warranty or repair center. is not charging anymore and i bought it in april 2022. tried lots of good cables but is not charging**
