Review: Good sound, medium reception, satisfactory batteries - The first time I used my new DS970s "for real" was yesterday, while studying at the library. The sound was good (I'm no crazy audiophile, but I listen to enough music to know bad sound), but the reception was a bit choppy at times. Even though it was less than 20cm from my phone (SE G900), when I wrapped my fist around the DS970, the music stopped. However, I think that may be my phone's weak BT signal, and not the headphones' fault. I also used it to make calls (No complaints there!) and to listen to music from my PC. The sound from the PC was great (I'm even considering using them as headphones for watching movies regularly), and there was no noticeable sound lag when watching videos. Battery time was good, IMHO. While I was studying, it lasted for about 5 hours of music. The one thing that might be annoying is that if you want to use it as a headset for anything other than your phone (i.e. Using it with Skype or something), you need to pair it every time you make the switch. I wish SE would make it possible to pair its Headset profile with multiple devices (You can use it as the phone's headset while listening to music from the computer. That is not a problem). Also, if you're multilingual, note that the screen probably won't display any non-English letters. It doesn't show any Hebrew letters. That's too bad, because it's probably an easy fix for SE. All in all, I feel it's worth the price. Review: Just okay, not fantastic. - I've had some problems with static off and on when using it with my verizon phone and with my Ipod.
