I absolutely LOVE mine. T1 is for the top line and T2 is for the bottom line. So you start off by doing the following: 1) The T1 = Top line, is for setting the full amount of time that you want to work for. I set mine to 90 minutes which means that I set the H= hour to 1, and the M=Minutes to 30 2) Then Press T1/T2 and so that T2 lands on the bottom, which will equate to your break time. I set mine for 30 minutes, which means under the M- I will press and add the minutes until it gets to 30. 3) The you simply press ST/SP = which equals Start/Stop and the time will start running down 4) Most people will toggle T1/T2 back up to line one - as that's the time set for work, and that's all you need to do 5) The Pomodoro will automatically run on T1 for the amount of time that you've set it to, to work, and then an alarm will go off (which you should set up to what you want. i.e. fairly loud, softer or no sound at all) - it's on the right hand side of the Pomodoro 6) Once the amount of time has run out on T1 - the alarm will go off and a light will come on at the same time - so if you've set the alarm to no sound, you'll still be able to see that the time set on T1 has run out and the Pomodoro will automatically go down to T2 for the amount of break time you've set for yourself. 7) This will continue automatically until you decide to switch the Pomodoro off.
