**Q: Does it work on 2004 hummer**
A: The carrying case will hold and protect the Blue Driver Scanner Tool, no matter what vehicle. 

The tool is separate from the case. 

The Blue Driver Scanning Tool is purchased separately and it will work with all General Motors vehicles with OBEII connectivity. And since the 2004 Hummer is built upon Chevy Tahoe, it should definitely work.

Very happy with this case so far. The BlueDriver unit fits in snugly and feels relatively well protected. The zipper enclosure works as expected and the small strap with carabiner makes it easy to clip onto a hook, belt loop, or bag strap, and the size of the case easily fits into a pocket for transport if not clipped. A nice accessory for the BlueDriver OBD tool, and a great way to store, protect, and/or transport your device. Would definitely recommend.
