Bought to put on the black kitchen worktop in an alcove space, so it matches and fits perfectly. It looks fabulous. Modern and shiny. Lovely and cool. Even fitted a little tray at the bottom for chocolate! No noise at all. Lovely light inside if you want it on, there's a button on the front next to the temperature display. Love it!

Item looks good insitu ! Is quiet and holds Prosecco bottles well . Would have just liked it to go a little cooler.

Works well. Takes a while to come down to temperature but once it's there it's all good.

The wine chiller has failed after nine months in operation. But worse, the reaction of the retailer, Dellonda, has been to deny all liability for repair, replacement or refund. Because we didn't install the product for the first 3 months, and didn't report a fault until 14 months (2 months after it appeared), they will not ask the manufacturer to fix under the 12 month warranty, and they are asking for evidence of the fault being present at date of sale from us, because it lasted longer than 6 months. This means we have to get an engineer's report! These products should last years and they know it.

I’m editing this review after sending one advising that we were uneasy that the unit I received was unable to have temperature adjusted, and seemed to be set on coldest setting. In itself, we were happy with it, as we did want it on cold the whole time. We would have left things alone as we were impressed with the appearance etc, but were still a bit uneasy that, although unlikely, whatever was the problem might worsen. Shortly after the review appeared we received a call from Paul, a customer service advisor, who talked me through a test - to make sure it wasn’t my mistake - before agreeing it did seem to malfunction. He immediately made arrangements to have a replacement sent - which was received the next day. We repacked the previous one in the replacements box, and emailed it was ready, and Paul telephoned straight back to advise pick up would be the next day, which was done. The replacement works perfectly and looks looks great. Problem solved quick as a flash, and I can sleep easy a’night! A very impressive example of excellent ‘after service’ by Paul, and the company.
