After working at a pet clinic/spa, I've learned that having your information on your pet's tag or collar isn't safe. So I was looking for an alternative and this seemed like a great option. I received my package today and I am very happy with my purchase. The tag itself was bigger than I expected, but it works perfectly fine on my cat's harness. It was very easy to set up with the instructions provided. I love that your information is safe and only those who scan the tag can see your information. It also alerts your email when the tag been scanned and gives you the location. I'm surprised with how detailed you can be with your pet's profile, you can customize it to your pet's uniqueness. Since I take my cat everywhere with me this tag gives me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this!

Just got it today so I can’t attest too much to the sturdiness. The tag itself feels like plastic but that seems more reliable in the sense that it won’t diminish over time like engravings in metal. The silver split ring it comes with, however, is very large compared to the tag. It’s a little bigger than the tag. When I had the silver split ring connecting the tag to the collar, my pup was trying to bite it off since it was getting in the way. Once I connected it directly (with the small gold ring attached to the collar) there wasn’t any issues with my dog trying to take the tag off. I liked the silver split ring (although I wish it were gold as well to match) but it doesn’t fit directly to the tag. The tag’s hole is too small. Which sucks because the silver split ring is much more sturdy than the golden ring provided. My dog has managed to destroy every non-flat split ring so far. So ring strength is very important. Time will only tell if I will need to replace the ring (I’m assuming I will need to since the ring that fits is the standard round wire). As Since the tag feels like plastic, it is very light and doesn’t make the tag hang down like a metal tag would. I honestly like that a bit better since I have a golden metal chain collar for my pup. The chain is somewhat loose so I like that the tag isn’t too heavy. The only thing I wish they would’ve had was the option to put a phone number and my dog’s name on the front. Some people (especially older folk…and even me a few years ago) don’t know how to work QR codes. So it would be beneficial to have that option instead of just having the QR code alone. Nonetheless, setting up all the info for the QR code was very easy. It even shows nearby dogs that are registered for this website as well. I’d recommend this to folks that already have name tags for their dogs and want to provide additional info than just the dog’s name and your phone number. The QR code allows you to tell your dogs temperament, rabies info, microchip number, vet info, etc.

I purchased the small black paw tag. The product is as described and pictured. It came with easy to read and understand instructions. Creating a profile and getting everything set up was super easy. After creating a profile, you can't forget to activate the tag. I tested it out by scanning the QR code with my iPhone and my pet's profile popped right up. I love that you will be notified via email if your pet is lost and someone scans it. It also gives you a GPS pinpoint location where the tag was scanned. No one ever wants to consider that their pet can get lost but this tag provides a little extra insurance that your pet will get back home safe and sound.

It’s easy to set up and very cute and durable. I just hate how difficult the ring is to open. It has made it difficult to move between different harnesses as my pup grew

This is the 2nd tag I’ve bought from them. The tags are cute & work great. One of my dogs got out and was found. The man scanned tag and contacted us. I had a little problem getting the 2nd tag set-up but the customer support helped get it fixed really fast. I love that I don’t have to get new tags if I move or change address. Highly recommend!!

The website to set up this product is clunky and unresponsive, and account creation was reliant upon someone reaching out to me once I’d tried to set up my account. The website said I’d get an email confirmation for my account, but a day later I received an email saying “it appears you didn’t get that email sent to you” which seems like a cover for not actually having automatic account creation set up. Once working the product works as intended though, which in the end makes it worthwhile.

Really happy with this purchase, had a few bumps with the set up but was able to figure it out quickly. Good size and thickness and the metal tag is good quality especially for the price. I bought the black paw and red heart. It come with instructions for set up and the website is simple nothing too fancy, gets job done. Once it’s set up it’s easy to use. **One thing I will say is that the QR code is like a little plastic plaque or sticker and gave me the feeling it might not last long with my rambunctious puppies so I put a clear coat of gel polish and hardened it to seal the space around the plastic and it worked great and was still readable, hope this helps

The black background rubs off within two months time, and the QR Code no longer readable.

There's nothing to really dislike about this because at first I was even a bit like okay how does this work. Once I actually took the time to figure it all out I was super surprised on the accuracy of the location I was surprised on as soon as someone stand my dog's tag I get a notification immediately and an email also letting me know that is tag has been scanned and a location. And once you actually figure out how to use the website it's really cool when you scan my dog tag immediately my dog's information comes up his breed which is a European Doberman he's a working dog it's so he's a service dog and he's also a protection dog so it says if I'm not with my owners something is not right please call with all of our information there. And like I said if me and him are not together or something is wrong and I like the fact that I can find him if something were to ever happen. To be honest I really was so surprised by this product I'm actually ordering another one from my Amstaff American Pitbull Terrier

Website is not configured for connections coming in from Australia. As with other reviews, tried logging a ticket with customer support but got no response.

Amazing product. It came in less than 2 days, it’s made from good quality materials, very durable, and looks way better in person. Priced at a fair rate, you definitely get value for your money. I would recommend it to anyone. Short story, My girl friends cat runs away all the time and it’s always a stressful event, This time I put the tag on this little guy, he ran away again and someone was able to scan and check were he’s from, they read the message “ if your reading this, I ran away :(, They brought him back right away. 5 star product.
