Greens First pH Alkalizer PM PRO-Capsules

I took for a month and felt much better. I didn’t check my my body’s acidness after taking but I will after this next month of taking it. I also gave this to my kids and they seemed to have more energy.

I feel great when I take this and have been taking for almost a year. I used to wake up in the morning itchy and feeling inflammation in my body. When I started taking the product I no longer felt that way and I sleep better too!

I am getting off of proton pump inhibitors such as Prevacid. This helps at night with heart burn. I love it. There is a powered form that goes in water and tastes good, too.

I've heard the rumor that cancer can't exist in an alkaline environment. Having passed through stage 2B breast cancer last year, I've taken to making changes to my diet, exercise and my emotional and physical environment. Taking this nighttime supplement certainly doesn't hurt, as it helps with the depth of my sleep as well (it has 1 mg of melatonin per capsule). Along with a calcium capsule with vitamin D, I feel that this is a simple additive to my daily routine that may make it harder for cancer cells to grow.

I can’t give more than a star. I honestly cannot tell that anything was different. I’m sure you have to take them for a few months to maybe notice something like most medications and supplements. Read the label. 3 capsules are a serving. They do not smell good and are rather large to swallow. Would recommend sprinkling in smoothie perhaps. I do love their other product the chocolate Greens First Pro. I use it in combination with my protein powder.
