Amazon was AMAZING and immediately made it right. It did come in looking absolutely new. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My 8" Echo Show was getting a bit glitchy *by C***N on October 10, 2024* Oh, it still works, but I am older, I was having trouble sometimes being able to see the small screen well and so I decided it was time to replace it. I did vaccilate back and forth between the next larger one, but where I had the 8" one, this 10" Echo Show works better. The size of this one's screen is exactly what I needed - much, MUCH easier for me to read! It was easy enough to set up and am, right now, listening to one of my Audbible books on it. Very happy with this 10" screen Echo Show.
