Is this an accurate representation?** A: We do not offer the embossing on the front of the drop door. **Q: Will this box install and operate properly in walls with 6" Studs?** A: Have no idea since we never ordered. All I know is they still owe us $100+ for taking a restocking fee for an item we never ordered. Beware! When dealing with this company. They need to consider future business and the consumer. **Q: Is there a photo of the inside? Does it have a slot for letters or pick up or other? How thick gauge is the metal?** A: I don’t know as we never bought this unit. It was sent to us, we returned and we were charged a restocking fee. Company is hiding behind amazon, is not buyer friendly. Money hungry. Don’t expect a response from them once they have your money. Don’t mount it crooked. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid box, with a couple minor flaws *by J***R on October 26, 2020* We installed this at our church. Mounted it in the middle of an exterior door that is kept shut, and used to have a mail slot. Simple enough. It would have been nice if it had a flange on the top to drive screws into like it does on the bottom. The outgoing mail holder is ridiculous though. Trying to get a couple of self tapping screws through the door where the holes are in the holder is virtually impossible. They really should change this design.
