To whom it may concern, first you have to turn the black and gray around so it can open, and then you take the lancet needle break off the large piece, and put the tiny needle inside the around top. Be careful bet the noise sharp. And then you click it, be careful. It was hard for me at first, but I finally got it. Hope that is helpful. God bless.
