Comes out of the package completely flat which should have been a giveaway. I gave it a couple hours to fluff up and though it "looks" fluffier, it's honestly no better than sleeping without a pillow. My son even tried it because his pillow is memory foam and quite high/firm for him so he thought he would love a less firm, more fluffy pillow but he said the same thing I did. There's absolutely no substance to this. I don't understand how they can call it memory foam.
