## Description

This car backup camera with 3 useful wire loops: To use as a Forward Camera, please cut the WHITE wire loop; *Cut the GREEN wire loop to remove the distance guidelines; *Cut the PURPLE wire loop to choose AHD (720P, 30fps) signal output. Please power on again after you cut any color wire loops, then the image should be correct. *Note: this rear view camera with the guidelines and CVBS video signal output as DEFAULT. Notes: *Before you cut this vehicle backup camera’s purple wire loop to choose AHD 720P 30fps video signal output, please make sure your Android stereo support AHD video signal input first. *keep this car front view camera’s wire and 26ft extension wire away from high temperature area, such as engine or exhaust. Also please clean this backup car camera’s lens regularly to free it from dirt, water drops, snow drops etc. *This backup car camera doesn’t fit sucked type dash cam and mirror dash cam, because these dash cam have different connectors and PIN definition, even some of them with same 4 PIN connector. *If connect this licence plate backup camera to a GPS navigator, please separately order one more adapter which with a RCA to 2.5mm connector to complete installation. *If connect this car rear view camera to a FACTORY RADIO, please separately order a suited Harness to complete installation, because different RADIO need different Harness to work together. *This reverse camera is perfect for rear and front view, and working great for most vehicles. *If you use T-taps for connecting this rear camera to power source, please check if they are connected solid. *To adjust this HD backup camera view angle, just move up or down the camera body. *If this universal backup camera is mounted offset, the guidelines on image will be offset. *This rearview camera’s output video signal is NTSC, so your head units or control boxes’ signal input have to be setting up to be NTSC, NOT PAL.

Review: I have 2 of these on both of my cars. Problem with my old cheap reverse camera was that it was unreliable and would often not come on. This one always comes on, and you can feel the quality. It’s got good weight to it and the image quality looks good. No flickering. Would definitely recommend this product, makes it super easy to bolt right into the existing license plate mount.
Review: This camera is solid and made of metal, not plastic. The image quality ok with the reproduced colours all correct unlike cheap cameras I have had in the past. The camera would not work on any of the higher resolutions other than basic dispute my sterio display being a high resolution top of the line Sony AVX8500. I'm not sure it it is the sterio or camera compatibility. Overall I'm happy with the camera being clearer than the cheap camera it replaced.

- Cut the purple wire loop to choose AHD format video signal output for Dynavin 9 Premium D9 and selected ATOTO stereos (F7 Series, S8 series and A6 KarLink version,can not work on ATOTO A6Y Series Android stereo or SA102 Starter). And cut the blue wire loop to display the HD image in TRUE 720P HD on compatible Kenwood DNR1007XR, DNR1008RVS, DMX1057XR, DMX1037S, DNX997XR, DDX9907XR, and DMX958XR receivers stereos.
- Caution: According to our experience, some cheap or old Android stereos(before 2020) have the setting of AHD or TVI video signal input option, but the truth it does not work, because their hardware inside do not support it. If so, please use the default CVBS video signal output (do not cut the purple or blue wire loop, otherwise you will get a black and white screen).
- This backup car camera license plate doesn't fit sucked type dash cam, mirror dash cam and cheap carplay device, because these devices with different connectors (without RCA female connentor) or inside PIN definition, even some of them with same size 4 PIN connector. If connect this hitch flush mount backup car camera to a GPS navigator, please separately order one more adapter which with a RCA to 2.5mm connector to complete installation.

A: Sure! This hitch HD backup camera work with your Pioneer dmh-1500nex well.Also it can work well for all of the aftermarket stereos, such as Pioneer,Kenwood,Sony,Alpine,JVC,Boss,Atoto,Jensen,Pyle etc.

**Q: Can you use as front camera for sure 100%? I bought a different camera that said to the same cut wires to use as forward camera? Total lie!!!**
A: I have one mounted facing forward. I think you have to cut the wire before powering up the camera, or power cycle the camera after you cut the wire. Otherwise, it stays latched in the mode. Give that a try.

**Q: Will this front camera mode work with alpine halo ilx f511?**
A: I would think so as long as the the Alpine unit has a front camera input. I have mine connected to the front on my Alpine ilx-w650

It’s got good weight to it and the image quality looks good. No flickering. Would definitely recommend this product, makes it super easy to bolt right into the existing license plate mount.

I purchased this camera in 2021 and it’s worked perfectly for 5 years. The camera started up immediate after putting my vehicle in reverse, the picture quality and clarity was amazing. The installation on my truck wasn’t difficult as there are many YouTube videos on the install. Just several weeks ago I noticed some haziness when the camera was activated and eventually it got to point to where you couldn’t see a picture, but after 5 years of it working flawlessly, I would definitely recommend this camera and purchase again.
