Review: Compact, Accurate Architectural Scale That's Always Within Reach - These Mr. Pen 6-inch pocket architectural scale rulers have been an excellent addition to my drafting and measuring tools. Their compact size makes them incredibly convenient to carry, while still providing the accuracy needed for architectural drawings, floor plans, and other detailed projects. Having two rulers included is also a nice bonus since I can keep one at my desk and another in my tool bag. One of the first things I noticed was the quality of the construction. The high-impact aluminum feels solid, lightweight, and durable without adding unnecessary weight. The sleek black finish gives the rulers a professional appearance while making the laser-etched markings stand out clearly for easy reading. They feel much more premium than I expected at this price point. The laser-etched markings are another standout feature. Every scale is sharp, easy to read, and permanently engraved, so there's no concern about the markings fading or wearing off over time. The measurements are accurate, giving me confidence whether I'm reading blueprints, sketching designs, or making quick field measurements. I also appreciate their versatility. These rulers are ideal for architects and engineers, but they're equally useful for students, hobbyists, woodworkers, designers, and anyone working with technical drawings or scaled plans. Their pocket-sized design makes them easy to carry anywhere, ensuring I always have a reliable measuring tool available when I need it. The 6-inch length is the perfect balance between portability and functionality. It fits comfortably in a shirt pocket, notebook, backpack, or tool pouch without taking up much space, yet it's large enough to handle most everyday measuring and drafting tasks with ease. Another thing I really appreciate is the overall value for the money. Receiving two durable aluminum architectural scales in one package makes this an excellent buy, especially considering the quality of the materials and precision of the engraved markings. The Material is lightweight and smooth. It's an affordable tool that performs like a much more expensive set. Overall, these architectural scale rulers deliver excellent accuracy, quality, durability, and convenience. The sturdy aluminum construction, attractive professional finish, permanently engraved markings, compact size, outstanding value, and versatile design make them a dependable tool for both professionals and students. If you're looking for a well-made pocket architectural scale that's easy to carry and built to last, I would definitely recommend this set. ## Features - Pack of 2 Pocket Size Architect scale Ruler: 6 Inch - Imperial Scale: 1-1/2, 1, 3/4, 3/8, 3/16, 3/32, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 3, 16 - Architect Aluminum Ruler With Laser Cut Imperial Prints For Accuracy And Durability; They Will Not Wipe Or Scratch Off Ever - Triangular Ruler Made From High Impact Aluminum, Build To Last, Easy To Carry And Fits In Pocket - Designed To Facilitate The Drafting And Measuring Of Architectural Drawings And Technical Illustrations Such As Floor Plans, Blue Prints, And Orthographic Projections ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0885RP8PK | | Best Sellers Rank | #45,376 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #308 in Rulers | | Brand | Mr. Pen | | Brand Name | Mr. Pen | | Color | A. Thanks!** A: Not too sure, they lay flat to drawing board with paper, however, i use them mostly for measuring, when inking i have never used ruler, i use triangles, the metal is strong and rigid, i would use triangles that can easily be cleaned of any ink, i would think you risk the ink on the scale and blocking numbering then if you had to clean ink, you may remove the numbering too **Q: How long does it take to ship?** A: most of the items i purchased turned around in a couple of days **Q: How wide is the product? I se that it's 6 inches long. Also how thick is it?** A: It is about 3/8 of an inch. It is really small. **Q: Does this have metric dimensions?** A: per the description - Imperial Scale: 1-1/2, 1, 3/4, 3/8, 3/16, 3/32, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 3, 16 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cutest ever!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *by N***A on 26 October 2025* Small, practical, and really well made!
