PAPERFEEL 2 Pack Screen Protector for iPad Pro 11 2022-2018, iPad Air 5/4

Very good. As with all matte screen protectors, the colours do go a little weird close up, but that’s unavoidable, and this one is minimal compared to other matte screen protectors. Feels great. Didn’t realise that it was glass— I’m delighted for that reason, because it will offer additional protection. Very easy to install, I didn’t use any of the guides, just popped it on normally and there were minimal bubbles. Nothing getting stuck at the very edges too, sometimes the glue extends out a bit and dirt sticks to the very edge but no experience of that here. My Apple Pencil isn’t showing any extra signs of wear and I use it heavily.

Very good screen protector that feels like paper when drawing with the apple pen. Please don’t listen to those “geniuses” who say the point of the pen gets “destroyed” by screen protectors. These people never studied the laws of friction between materials obviously, as ANY pen will wear out at some point because of how much you use it. That’s why companies have made the point detachable, so that you can change it one day… :-\ I feel that drawing on a super smooth glass was impossible for me, too jarring and annoying the feeling of a glass under the pen, so this screen protector solves that problem. The colors and screen vibrancy isn’t reduced at all, and I was surprised about it.

A nice item but had a few bubbles when I applied them. So a bit difficult to apply. Good for drawing/ writing but wears down the pen nib quickly so make sure you get spare

Favourite paper-feel screen protector so far. Creates the right amount of friction for swift but controlled strokes of the apple pencil, making even prolonged use comfortable and natural. I would liken it to drawing with a uniball fine liner on a premium cartridge paper or the bleed proof paper in comics/storyboard sketchpads, ie on the smooth side of things. For comparison I've had the Bersem screen protector before and found it too coarse and loud. I've also used the original Paperlike and quite liked it but I wasn't chuffed enough to pay nearly 50€ for two pieces of textured sticker. I only have the screen protector and a lightweight silicone case for the back on the ipad most of the time where really I should use some rugged protection as it goes everywhere I go and gets quite mistreated. This protector does it's job well, it now has a good few scuffs and scratches but the screen itself remains spotless despite keys and other objects attacking in the handbag, dust, screws and other debris in the workshop, sofa drops or crash landing in the passenger footwell on a regular basis. I'd recommend Paperfeel for the following reasons: • true to its name feels closest to the real thing • doesn't grind pencil tip • doesn't leave scratches or make noise • good screen protection • lasts a good while • reduces reflection and fingerprints visibility • easy installation if you're not lazy and do it as per instructions • good price

My first impressions was that it was really similar to paper. However, over time the paper like feel reduced. Furthermore, the protector does erode your apple pencil’s tip more quickly so keep in mind that you will need to replace them regularly. I have found that other paper like protectors are more durable in terms of the keeping a constant quality of the paper like feel. Overall, there are better options.

This screen protector really levelled up the game for me. I’m just starting to move to year 2 of my A-Levels and using my iPad more, and this makes using it so much more enjoyable. The anti glare (which I tired to show off as much as possible in my photos) really helps when studying in light libraries and coffee shops. The sound it makes when writing is super satisfying, and it just looks so much cleaner. It obviously cannot match the exact feel of paper, but it does a really good job at it! The only reason I would drop a star is the difficulty in applying the screen protector. You don’t get any sort of tabs or clips which would help to put it on, and have to sort of wing it which is never great when it comes to a screen protectors due to the air bubbles. It has a video to help apply it where the person applying uses this clip which allows super easy application, but you (or at least I) didn’t get any such thing in mine, making it slightly more difficult, but don’t let that put you off!

Just so that my abilities are not in question, I have fitted dozens and dozens of screen protectors and never had this type of issue before. I am meticulous in my prep for fitting these and if there is so much as one bubble, it's coming off and getting replaced. I had great hopes for this screen covering as it looked like it would give a good level of friction to the apple pencil for drawing purposes, something lacking with the glass screen of the ipad. I have just bought my daughter a brand-new iPad for her start at secondary school and it's never been touched so the screen is pristine. I followed the instructions to the letter. Not a speck of dust on the iPad screen and the protector was aligned perfectly with the sticky strips. Then you peel the backing off the screen protector ready to apply to the ipad and you can literally hear the static as the backing comes off. This static then attracts every piece of dust in the vicinity and as I carefully applied the protector to the screen I could see several pieces of dust on the sticky surface which stick out like a sore thumb. the surface of the screen protector is actually really nice and would probably be excellent for apple pencil use, it's just a shame I had to pull it off immediately and bin it. I'm sending the other unused one back, as they're absolutely hopeless. The manufacturer needs to impart something to the item to stop static building up as you remove the backing. I did it ultra slowly to try and avoid this, but it didn't help at all. I then peeled the protector off to try and remove the dust, which was obviously going to be futile. I just made it worse. Nobody wants a load of dust particles between their screen protector and the screen, it just looks terrible. So unless you have access to a filtered clean room do not even bother with this.

Feel like you’re writing on real paper! I was sceptical, but it really does work, makes writing with Apple Pencil easier and more real (don’t know how it could make such a difference, but it does) Really easy to fit if you follow instructions. Despite its size you can fit it without bubbles, as unlike phone protectors this is more flexible and you have time to push the bubbles out with the tool provided

Très bien, le kit d'installation avec l’aide du tuto vidéo, permet d'appliquer le paperfeel sans difficulté et avec zéro bulle. Aspect mat et léger grain, juste ce qu'il faut pour dessiner avec le stylet. Sur d'anciennes tablettes avec d’autres films de protection, j’avais toujours des soucis pour ne pas avoir de bulles, mais là parfait.

Bravissimo prodotto di altissima qualità, veramente come scrivere sulla carta. Facile di installare sul schermo. Osservare che per essere simile a carta, lo schermo perde quello bello riflesso e quello aspetto luminoso, però è una caratteristica propria del prodotto, non della marca. Tutte le altre sono così.
