I have granite counter tops and a black gas range, and the wettex cloths leave no spots or streaks behind. My regular dish cloths leave water spots all over the place, so I used to have to dry the counters with a towel after wiping.Wettex cloths last a really long time, and are safe to use with bleach. I have even used them to wipe my counters with bleach water (when I was fighting sugar ants), and the cloths didn't break down at all. They are great to use, can be sanitized in the microwave or bleach water, and last forever. (I still have the cloth I was given over two years ago, and was happy to retire it for new ones.)One piece of advice: go ahead and order two packs because it won't change the shipping cost. Some of the alternatives were real losers. Then, we stumbled on these sponge cloths. They're definitely better than anything else on the market in the East S.F. Bay shops/supermarkets/hardware stores, etc. where we live. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5, for these durable cloths is they seem to retain coffee or other dark-staining substances. Nevertheless, we have no plan to look further and hope the cloths will be available in the future. We purchased 2 packs of 12 and expect the cloths to last for some time. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Skoys are stronger *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 22, 2015* First I had ordered Skoy cloths which I love and then found the Wettex cloths. I thought they might be larger which is why I bought them. They aren't larger, but I discovered that the material is more fragile. They wipe down and clean up beautifully, but within days the Wettex began developing holes. When I wrung it out, small tears appeared on the edges. I threw it away. I will use up what I have, however I will only purchase the Skoy cloths which seem to be impervious to these problems. FYI, I soak them in diluted bleach water almost every day. Perhaps that's what weakened the Wettex cloths.
