exactly what it says. 60 Capsules is a good amount for the price and quality, and i appreciate the Ashwagandha and Selenium. would definitely recommend this brand if you're looking for a thyroid supplement. i don't have issues swallowing pills but they aren't super tiny. what matters to me most is that it's gentle on my stomach. this causes no issues for me personally but i suppose it depends on the person. 5 stars

I really like ARG as a brand. They have high quality supplements that used to only be sold through medical practitioners (pre-internet). Then been around for a while. That is why I give them 4 stars. I take multiple other supplements by ARG that are very effective. But, this formula really wan’t effective for my thyroid. I didn't see much of a change or maybe a slight change. I take NP thyroid (prescription) and I really don’t have too many issues any more and iodine has never done much for me. With regards to tyrosine, it is a stimulant but probably not at this level. I have used up to 3g to stay awake. I think the military uses more. The pill is on the larger size, but it is scored so it can easily be broken in half. It is also has a very smooth surface so it is easy to swallow. I experienced slightly more energy, but my mood was no different. I did not have any side effects. For me, the value isn’t there, but all our thyroid issues and degree of diseases are different. I do not have Hashimoto’s, for example.
