The walker is well balanced and stable. We don’t consider it to be top heavy. It is height adjustable, my dad is 89 years of age and 6 foot with balance issues and we have it fully extended. He enjoys the seat, cup holder and storage compartment. It’s easy to fold by just lifting the seat. My 87 year old mother easily puts it in and out of the car for him. The company is reliable too. We had an issue and they quickly sent a replacement. Brakes are also easily adjusted. I feel it’s a great product and a good company to do business with. On past purchases that require assembly it was very costly to have a product assembled **Q: How easy is it to convert to forward-facing wheel chair?** A: I would not attempt to convert it to a wheelchair. While you can sit on it...brakes intact... if you needed to move forward like a wheelchair, you can "scoot" short distances using your feet, but because of the swiveling front wheels, I do not feel it stable enough to use as a wheel chair. Wheel chairs have a different balance to them than the walker. This walker is a definite Cadillac Limo as compared to the general walkers out there on the market...well worth the investment! Again, this makes it feel safer and more stable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A well built walker for a very reasonable price! *by B***S on January 16, 2025* My 82 year old Mom already has a Drive Medical Nitro Rollator Walker that she uses inside of her home, but we wanted to get her a second walker for use outside of the home in order to keep her Nitro unit clean. This Medline walker was priced right and had a coupon as well, so based upon the good reviews we purchased one. It arrived well packaged and undamaged, and all of the wheels and handgrips were wrapped in separate plastic bags to protect them during shipping. The instructions were clear, but all I really needed for assembly was the picture as all of the non-attached components were color-coded so they would not be mixed up. After assembly I had Mom test drive it and she was very impressed. The wheels are slightly smaller than the Nitro unit, but they are still big enough for stability while going over uneven ground. The brakes work well and the walker has a solid feel to it. I like the padded seat and drink holder features that her more expensive Nitro doesn't have. The only downside is that when folding the unit for transport the handle under the seat doesn't always fold the unit and will lift the seat up instead.
