I emailed the support on the website regarding getting a replacement hinge part or getting other repair support. The fragile hinge is clearly a separate piece from the body. I planned gluing a couple metal hinges from the hardware store, but the support team responded to my inquiry same day and offered a full replacement piano! Keys light up and feel weighted very well.
