I never write reviews on food or beverage but this one I had to share. Sleep is not something that I do well ,most nights up at least once if not twice . A full nights sleep has been in the past until I tried this tea. I can't believe the I sleep through the night every time I drink a cup of this blend . I have taken melatonin in the past and it has done nothing , but in this blend , it really works and the flavor is soothing and delish ...

Great sleepy time tea! Smells nice and tastes good. Just be aware that it contains melatonin. Somehow I didn’t notice that in the description.
