Has anyone else had a problem after using this product with it turning your blonde hair green.

According to the Pool RX website, if hair turns green it’s because the chlorine is too high and reacting with the minerals in pool RX.  Recommend chlorine level while using pool RX is 1 to 1.5 ppm.  Not the normal 2 to 3 ppm recommendation for a residential pool.  Hope that helps

Does it work for black algae

I use no algaecide now and my water is crystal clear. A properly maintained pool will not be susceptible to algae blooms. I use only chlorine, acid, base, and stabilizer. If you live in an area with high phosphates, you may wish to add some Phosfree+ to eliminate excess amounts as they are food for algae. Go to troublefreepool's website (100% free and an awesome community) to learn about your water chemistry and the proper methods/tools to test it. They also have chemical calculators and forums for resolving issues (e.g. algae blooms, cloudy water, etc). Good luck

This stained my inground pool with dark gray stains. UGLY!  Are they "metal" stains?  What would be the best STAIN REMOVER to buy to remove them?

For this staining you need to have a professional to analyze your pool water. I did not have stains as a result of Pool RX. But my water is clear and no algae  so far.

Question 4

I purchased in March, worked great when weather was not hot, now it’s not helping at all. Pool is green and it’s cloudy too. How long should it last?

If your pool had a lot to clean up I think it doesn’t last as long. Also did you clean your filter when you put in the pool RX? My first one didn’t last as long so I got the poll RX plus. It’s been doing a great job. Also the pool gallons or size effects the longevity.
