Update: the company reached out and offered a refund for the item! I could not be more surprised and happy. I’m sure I got a defective product and that not all of the products are like this. Due to the company’s open communication, I will definitely be open to trying their products again! I changed my rating to reflect the company’s customer service. Original post: The roller frame continuously protracted and retracted despite my many attempts to lock the frame in place. I would be painting with the frame extended and BAM, it would retract and get paint all over. I also tried painting with the frame retracted, I would lean down to roll it in more paint and BAM, it would protract right into the paint tray. I had high hopes that this product would help my project get down faster but sadly it did not and I ended up not using it for 90% of the paint job. I hope it works better for you and that mine was a random defect. 😅

This paint roller kit comes with everything you need for basic painting projects, and the rollers work well overall. The size and variety of the included tools are convenient, especially for DIY projects. The main issue I had was with the extendable handle. The extender sometimes comes loose or unlodges while I’m painting, which can be frustrating and requires stopping to reconnect it. Overall, it’s a decent kit for the price, but the extender could definitely be more secure.

I like this set of six paint rollers because the material is super resistant and we move fast to paint the house. Bring other smaller rollers for those very thin spaces. I recommend it!

I bought this roller kit for some painting projects around the house, and it has been very convenient. The 9-inch roller is a good size for walls and larger areas, and the extendable frame makes it much easier to reach higher sections without constantly moving a ladder. The microfiber roller covers hold paint well and apply it smoothly without excessive dripping or shedding. Having five covers in the set is also useful when working with different colors or doing multiple rooms.

I saw the reviews where others said the handle slips and considered it might not be locked in correctly. Nope! Diligence and technique do not mitigate the extension from falling back. Extremely frustrating for an otherwise handy tool.

Extension roller is solid and good quality. The rollers included work great and are easy to clean. Recommend this product.

Got the job done, rolled nicely, easy to adjust handle, easy to remove after use, loved it came with extra rollers, good price. Would have liked if it came with a tray or two as well.

Handy tool , but rollers are hard to remove and you must ensure tightening up when selecting length of handle or it will collapse back to original size.
