10/10 recommend!! Easy to install. Only took my teenage son & I 10-15mins to install. Usually shower heads like this have low water pressure but this one actually has increased the water pressure substantially!! I've gone through a lot of shower heads over the years looking for one I really like. Of all the ones I've used (and there's been tons of them) I love this one the most. By far. I won't be looking for another for a long time. I can't say enough good about it! My family & I just love it! And you can't beat the price for what you get!! 💙🩵

I purchased this seeing the "returned often" notice as finding polished brass items are difficult to find. After assembling and using this product with and without water restriction I can safely say this is a good product that does what it says. Assembly is fairly straightforward, and teflon tape needs to be used on every connection. I was able to get everything connected and working on a 7ft high standard shower arm in about 30 minutes. My biggest worry about this product was my height, as I'm 6ft tall and I didn't want to have to duck under the head. Thankfully it clears my head by about 6", but that's mostly thanks to the height of the shower arm. After adjustments from the standard shower arm bend, the shower head will sit horizontal about an inch lower. So something to factor in before purchasing. The extension arm that comes with the shower head and runs from the distribution valve at the end of wall arm to the head itself is about a foot long. It's core purpose obviously is to get the shower head as far away from the arm as possible, however the best seated possession for the arm is angled slightly lower than the distribution valve. If I configured the arm downwards, or even completely horizontal, I would barely be able to clear my head unfortunately. There is almost no wiggle room for the shower head to remain completely horizontal if you angle the arm upwards at all, which is what I had to do. My shower head stops just short of being completely horizontal because of the angle I have to put the arm at in order to clear my head. If you are 5ft 5inches, and your shower arm is 7ft, then you can configure this shower head in a more ideal angle. I'm actually going to look into aiming my shower arm upwards to give me extra height and a better configuration for this shower head, but that is more of a plumbing level adjustment, and not recommended if you don't know what you're doing. As for the water flow, it's pretty crazy without a restrictor. Feels great, like a heavy duty rain shower, but It empties all the hot water out of my tank in about 20 minutes or so. I have since configured it with a 1.5 gallon per minute restrictor, which now let's the hot water last almost an hour, and thanks to the wide shower head still gives really good coverage even with the loss of water pressure. The hand held shower head unrestricted is like a pressure washer, I put a restrictor on it almost immediately. Unlike the shower head and its immediate components which are all solid metal, the hand held is completely plastic, and very lightweight. The diversion valve that switches water between the shower head and the hand held is proof to be too high up for a shorter person. It might be better to angle the valve handle down instead of up like I did. If you plan to leave the hand held without a restrictor, make sure you revert the valve back to the shower head after shutting the water off. Depending where the hand held is pointing, it could cause some water accidents if the water is diverted to it when turned on. If you have a 1.5 to 2.0 restrictor however, this shouldn't be an issue. I recommend this product as it does work for 7ft or higher shower arms, and with how it's configured, if I ever decide to run the water lines into the ceiling, I could use this same shower head for a ceiling drop down configuration. 60% of my reason for ignoring some of the short comings and sticking with this product is because of the polished brass color. There just isn't a large selection for this specific color.

I like the shower head and it works well. Unfortunately, the one I received fell apart while I was installing it. The knob at the top of the picture transitions the flow from the head to the handle. There is a set screw in the knob but it is tightened at the factory and is not adjustable. I was able to place it back on but unfortunately it’s now prone to fall off. I’m returning the item because of this. Despite this issue, it’s still a good shower head. The head itself is very large with plenty of water jets. Because of the number of them, however, the water isn’t very high pressure except for the handle itself. As far as installation, it’s very straightforward and everything needed is included in the package. The wrench is not the best so using an actual wrench might be necessary.

I love this shower head. The increased area and pressure! Easy to use and simple enough to install. The handheld part was great too. Multiple settings to allow a great cleaning performance. I love the quality of the material too and chose to get the chrome one myself. I debated on that detail for a while because the other options seemed lovely too. My girlfriend had a shower head that had a water flow resister in it. Using less water. Which is preferable to your pockets and water bill but I’d sacrifice the difference personally because I loved it. Something to be considered

Absolutely love this item. Purchased over 3 years ago and have used it daily since. Very relaxing rain shower head. We have a lot of TDS and hard water and it has held up wonderfully. I have cleaned it once in 3 years with CLR to remove the mineral scale and restore the water flow to like new. Great quality

Update: downgraded to a 3: I just could NOT enjoy the lack of any pressure and that with even a tilt, it would not fill up. I couldn’t get the soap out of my hair. So the gentle rainfall with the false advertising of pressure wasn’t for me. I ended up removing it and only using the sprayer which works awesome and is something I should have just spent $20 bucks on. Old review: 4 out of 5 because it’s a good product. The pro: absolutely a rain shower. The spray nozzle works great. Anyone complaining of leaking probably did not use the teflon tape enough or properly. I had zero leaking after my 30 min shower. Very relaxing. It was easy to put up (I’m not handy) came wi the washers already in and several extra. It came with two rolls of tape and a wrench. No issue at all. The cons: my shower outtake pipe is at 5’8”. I’m 5’6. I needed height and length so I don’t have to be right against the wall. I thought the arm and the advertisement of good pressure would get that when I tilted it. Not the case. My water pressure in the apartment is ok. The sprayer works great. But the shower head won’t fill up all the way if it’s tiled and it has to be or I’m practically an inch from it. You can see the video and make your decision.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. It was fairly easy to install and is functioning perfectly. Everything except for the handheld shower head and the adhesive holder for it is made of metal. It’s definitely not a very high end product, but it feels like it’s well made. I have not had any issues with leaking whatsoever but I would highly recommend using a real wrench rather than the one that is included. I don’t think you could really get it tight enough without an actual wrench honestly. Pros: All metal components, easy to install, clear instructions, everything is included, functions as described (it’s really nice!!), very easy to adjust the angle of both shower heads and switch between them, you can use the handheld at the same time as the larger one, high enough pressure to effectively clean the shower if you have good water pressure and do not install the restrictor, excellent distribution of water. Cons: there is one spot in the center of the large shower head that is receiving much more pressure than the others if it is level (horizontal to the floor) however, as long as it is tilted slightly, the water pressure is evenly distributed and I don’t see it as a big issue. The hose could be quite a lot longer- honestly, if it had another foot or two that would be so much better but it works well and maintains high pressure even when both the rain shower and handheld are being used. The included wrench isn’t sufficient to tighten the joints, so you should have your own. Conclusions: I overall really love this! It is so, so much better than the crappy one that was installed in my apartment and I just feel like a handheld shower head is essential for anyone who has long hair. It’s also great for quickly cleaning the shower before you step out so no soap scum accumulates. The square rain shower (10”) is plenty large enough and much more comfortable/ pleasant than any standard shower head. I don’t get cold as easily because the water is distributed over a larger area. The rainfall effect is great, because it’s very gentle and if you need more pressure, the handheld can be use simultaneously. So, so much better than what was installed originally. My water pressure was already good and I didn’t install the restrictor. I’ve had it for over a week and no issues with leaking whatsoever. It’s really important to use the included tape as instructed and *a real wrench*. I definitely recommend this product for the price point. In the future, I may invest in a more expensive option,

I bought this on sale for a little less than $30. My issue, was user error, being I'm a 6'3", my own fault for not researching further, but the extension bar isn't long enough for me personally. As for the product itself, It's overall decent. Worth the $30 while on sale. You can tell it's a little lower quality and the water pressure is shared when turned. You either get the full pressure on the rain fall or split pressure on the two shower heads combined. The splitter doesn't seem to hold the weight of the shower head very well. I had to angle it to reach the top of my head and the weight of it caused it to keep falling over without a way to further tighten it down. Now with all things said and done, It's still worth the $30. I plan on just finding a way to mount it to the shower ceiling. If you're looking for a cheap solution to try this kind of shower head, this is a great deal. Just be sure you measure your height in comparison first to be sure the extender bar will raise it far enough to be above your head.

No Downpipe was included had to go to shop to go buy one, the knob to use hand shower on top of main shower. Not reachable. Stupid design. Will only be testing once bathroom is finished to even see if it works
