Another point (big!) in favor of G-S is that the cap contains a very thin needle that fits down into the dispenser nozzle. It never gets stuck in there, but it prevents the remaining glue from being exposed to the air or oozing out of the tube. What an ingenious solution! This is important. I am still using my first tube of G-S, while E-6000, which I have used successfully for a few other types of jewelry where a hard element had to withstand a degree of stress (like on old-fashioned tie clips), seems to lose its power rather soon. Whether that is due to its ordinary cap, I don't know, but I was very disappointed when the largish tube I had bought became worthless after just a couple of uses. I see that now the company has caught on and they are selling it in much smaller individual tubes.
