Excellent, but ..
Take the medium size, if you are doing single eggs. These are heavy-duty, sturdy egg rings. But a few problems. - made from steel and would be great if it had a non-stick coating on the inside. no matter how much oil is applied, the egg still sticks - There's no place to hold this from, when its hot. the handle becomes super hot and a rubberised tip will be great. Overall, a sturdy solid purchase.
