Review: Great product - Works great
Review: Great product, awesome customer service. - Works great for grilling veggies. My first impression was good as I received a note directly from the seller updating me on the order status as soon as it was placed with desertcart, and again when it packed and shipped. Was impressed at the sturdiness when I pulled it out of the box. The reinforced corners set it apart. I discovered a broken corner that had been damaged in shipping to desertcart rather than to me, but I was able to contact the seller directly through the emails they had sent to me, and the customer service I received from Katie was absolutely fantastic. They clearly care about their product and their customers. A replacement basket was out the next day, and to me in 2 days, and it has been great ever since. Survived a large grease fire when I was preheating the grill/basket, no worse for the wear and wiped clean pretty easily. Note, this basket is pretty big. I have a small 2 burner Weber Spirit and it takes up a little more than 1/2 the width of the grill and covers it from front to back. Loved it so much we just sent one to the in-laws for Father's Day. Would highly recommend. ——- Update - about to start year 3 with this thing and it’s still going strong. Other than a little discoloration from my overheating it, it looks the same as day 1.

Works great for grilling veggies. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a flimsy grill accessory and cleaned up well too

Finally got a chance to try this on my new grill. I already liked it more than what I had previously - something that "looked" like it would work but actually warped instead when put on a hot grill. This impressed me as soon as I picked it up. The weight was a good indication I wasn't likely to have the same problem as the other one. Sure enough, this performed just perfect. Nice design - just the right amount of room for me (I'm usually only cooking for two people). Slope is good and the holes are the right size too - sort of "Goldilocks" size - not too big and not too small - just right ;) Clean up was the best surprise - and the reason I gave the five star rating. I soaked it in some soapy water and my wife later added some white vinegar because there were some racks from the smoker soaking as well. Everything pretty much rinsed right off. Now, I don't expect that will be the case every time (and this is a review based on only ONE use - which is somewhat premature) - but it was quite a difference from most of the stuff that goes on the grill and needs serious scrubbing to clean up. I'll try to remember to follow up after it's had a few more times of use.
