I bought it to remove ONE-WEEK-OLD STANDARD (out of a rattle can) SPRAY PAINT and this "remover/stripper" FAILED extremely bad at doing ANYTHING! Correction...it did made the surface "TACKY" at best. I applied multiple coats...extended the sitting period...aided with scrubbing...and NOTHING! This product failed at removing simple FRESH spray paint!!? I cannot conclude that this product behaves the same for anyone else or if I received a bad batch(?)..but this was my personal experience with it. I never got a chance to try it on other surfaces...like concrete tile...I hope my answer and experience helps you in some way with your project.
