Great tasting
Raste really nice reminds me of the brushes from jfc recommend using ice when shaking in your protein bottle makes it extra cold and brings out the flavour

Excellent
If you can trawl through this, I apologise that it's so long, but I do offer some tips that some people might find useful. I am a 'more mature' woman (65, actually, so very mature) and have yo-yo dieted most of my life. As a consequence, I have totally messed up my metabolism. 6 years ago I lost 3 stone easily by just eating only healthy foods, but that doesn't cut it any more. For the first 4 months of this year I went on the same regime, as I had regained 2 of the stone I lost last time, and lost absolutely nothing at all. That was on a very strictly recorded 1200 calories a day. This, incidentally, is a warning to all those who tell themselves they have lost weight before, they will always be able to do it again. There comes a point when your body thinks "oh, here we go again. I'd better hang onto all that fat, I might need it to survive". So I had to do something quite radical. I feel like it's my last chance. I dislike fad diets, and hate the word diet, but Slimfast does seem to break my prejudices. I always say that if it were possible to give up eating in the same way as people give up smoking or drinking, losing weight would be easy. But you can't, and it's very important not to develop an uneasy relationship with food. By replacing one or two meals a day with a shake that provides so many nutrients removes having to think about what to eat, stressing about it, and getting an unhealthy attitude around eating. Plan the meal that you are going to eat with thought, and you can look forward to that and not feel you're missing out. The feeling of missing out is one of the main reasons why people regain the weight they have lost. I use soya milk, as I don't like real milk, and it is closest to the proper stuff in nutritional value. I add psyllium husk to the soya and put it in the fridge until the next shake time, which makes it very thick, fills me up and keeps my digestion working efficiently. It's also good for gut flora. If left overnight, you have to eat it with a spoon. I also find it makes the shake taste less sweet. I add ice and use a blender. For 4 days a week my evening meal is homemade soup, always pulse based to give plenty of protein and be very filling. For the other 3 suppers I have something like fish or chicken salad, or wholewheat pasta with a tuna or seafood based sauce. So, how have I done? Well, it's been 21 days, and I have lost 8lbs. I think that's too much, if anything, as 1 to 1.5 lbs is a better rate of loss, but it will slow down. I plan to lose 3.5 stone, and I think that I will do it with Slimfast, as I really don't feel deprived in any way. But remember, whatever weight loss method you go for, there is one vital ingredient that you cannot buy; will power. Recognise what it is that makes you overeat (we all have triggers: stress, anger, that glass of wine that makes you lose your focus and judgement) because once you are aware of them, you can be on the alert and guard against them. Find ways of rewarding yourself that don't involve food, and, most importantly, if you do slip one day and eat a pizza because you've had a bad day, just start the next day as if it never happened!

Bought because it was on sale. Tastes amazing!
Tastes gorgeous, like those raspberry yoghurt drinks kids have. The white chocolate is subtle but beautifully balanced with the raspberry. Only cost me £3.80 due to discount & gift balance... Ran out of protein powder needed a sub to get me through 2 weeks. The only issue i had is needing to buy regular milk which I don't drink in order to reach to correct amount of protein per serving, & Slimfast doesn't provide the nutritional value of the powder minus milk. Protein minus milk is probs around 4-5g. So not worth it without. I'd buy it again for the taste alone, not the nutritional value. Subbing soy or any other dairy replacement significantly drops the protein. Hence 'meal replacement' as opposed to protein shake... I need the protein. Not interested in losing weight just building & maintaining lean muscle mass. Adding a 50g serving of rolled oats added an extra 5g & with milk increased the overall protein to 21g, plus high enough calories (300-400) to qualify as breakfast.

So far so good
So far so good. This one tastes lovely, a little bit like strawberry angel delight I would say. Have only been doing them since Tuesday so I have no idea about results yet, but they're filling and so far it's been easy enough having the 2 shakes and a healthier meal in the evening. I have just ordered chocolate as well so I can mix up the flavours each day. I will update in a few weeks with some results on any loss.

Tasted too powdery
Inused this product years ago and I lived it, this time round I find it a bit too powdery tasting. Second time I used it i added fresh fruit and lots of ice , which helped it taste slightly better.. but unfortunately I won't be buying it again..

Brilliant taste
I’d previously been using Huel as a meal replacement in an attempt to lose weight and eat healthier. The taste and texture, while not bad, leaves a bit to be desired and can make it a chore to eat a d keep up with consistently. This, on the other hand, is like drinking a sweet smooth milkshake. It’s not thick and hard to swallow and is nice and smoothly dissolved with some vigorous shaking in a shake bottle (I’m using Huel’s bottle here and it works well). You can blend it if you want but I don’t bother with the hassle. The Raspberry and White Chocolate one is amazing, very tasty. I’ve experimented with both lacto-free semi-skimmed milk or oat milk and find that both work well. I also bought the vanilla and the banana one but have yet to try them although other reviews seem to say they’re good. How I use it: I usually have two meals a day at about 600 calories each. If I’m out and about on a hike or whatever I just do whatever suits. One meal is whatever I want and one is a meal replacement. Using enough for just one meal replacement (less than 300 calories) is quite small so I double up to replace two meals in one go. For snacking if you’re feeling hungry and craving chocolate I tried slimfast’s choco caramel bars and they’re lovely. You can also find many cereal bars under 100 calories to prevent binge eating. Have to say, I’ve been extremely impressed by the taste and will buy again. Hopefully this’ll help keep me consistent and lead to some weight loss over time in addition to all the exercise.
