BUY THIS INSTEAD OF THE FULL ONE THAT INCLUDES THE JOG BRA! So here's the deal, the o ring slips and the bladder can leak at the fill valve, but not that bad. A smaller o ring would probably fix it. I had mine in my bra for abt 50 m and I could smell the booze a little but there was no discernable leak I could feel. Here's the work-around on this thing - take the huge hose off, it's totally unrealistic. Go to an Auto Zone or O'Reilly's and get a multi pack of vinyl vacuum caps - they are flexible plastic and you stick the white one over the male end that the hose goes over and this is a foolproof plug. Put the bladder in your bra and put it outlet-side toward your body - this way no bumps stick out to tell on you. Yes, it's not comfortable (you can pad the lid with Kleenex etc against skin and that helps). Also, the pressure keeps the o ring/fill valve lid held tight. I didn't fill it all the way - about 3/4 full was enough to dump it into an empty water bottle once I was in and it filled it about 3/4. PLENTY!I liked this but it was really too much alcohol for me. I like the flexible CamoFlasks on here better - there's a variety pack and you can fill one and sneak it in down the front of your drawers. I did this the second day of ACLand I was glad I did because security pat down was hard core that day - they did an under the boob sweep and I wouldn't have made it through with this bladder, but they didn't catch the flexible flask in the front of my shorts. Sweet.
