A: 600lm peak. About 3.5x more powerful than the old LED Maglite 2nd Gen (170+ lm peak.) :)

**Q: how bright is this flashlight? in lumens**
A: 625 Lumens- Very Bright. You do not realize how bright the light is until you step out at night and turn it on. You hear about lights that are 1,000, 1,500, 2,000 lumens. That is awesome! But once you see the output of this light you may not really want- or need- anything brighter. It is lighter weight compared to the old 3D cell MagLights and the customizable switch makes it worthwhile, also. Hope this helps.
