I really like this item. I used instaflex, it worked well, but the cost needed to be cut, I read the Max 3 and made the decision to get Max. It works as well.

I like the fact that it stays in my body longer and I able to walk around longer distances without having my back and legs hurt me .😁

Glucosamine and MSM are the 2 best ingredients in this supplement. Proven ingredients for joint pain and relief. There are days where my wrists or knees ache. This supplement definitely helps ease it down. Not a cure all, but it dulls the pain.

Max Flex-3 isn’t the only supplement I use for pain relief and joint repair, but it is one that incorporates a wide variety of reliable ingredients that I used to take individually. This cuts down on the number of pills I have to take daily, and for that I’m grateful. One ingredient is new to me (green lipped sea mussel), although we have given it to our old-timer dog, with good pain relieving results. Nothing works miracles, but formulas like this one do minimize my joint discomfort to very tolerable levels.

I'm excited to be trying this supplement since it has the green lipped muscles which I hear about all the time on the radio and television for that expensive Omega XL brand. This supplement looks good and smells pure like I'm used to omega sea based supplement smelling(see image).My first dose was on an empty stomach and I've had no ill side effects from this so its 5 stars for my impressions thus far, I'll update in due time.
