The lace ties in at the back so you can tighten it. Perhaps someone who is size 10 could give a more accurate answer. I would recommend you go up a couple of sizes though. I am normally size 12/14 with 36DD bust. I ordered large size and while the bikini bottoms fit well, the cup size on the top was too small. I returned the items and reordered XL which were a much better fit.
