We are taking these for heart health and appreciate them having all eight parts of vitamin E. The capsules are large but easy to swallow for us. Yes, they do cost more but should be worth it.

Utilizing this full-spectrum Vitamin E comes recommended by Sherry Rodgers M.D. It's a full spectrum Vitamin E thatwasn't an issue years ago when primarily d-alpha tocopheryl was considered Vitamin E. The real vitamin Ewas to have all the tocopheryls together in one gel cap.The real mystery about this vitamin is why is it derived from soybean oil? Soy is mostly a GMO crop in the U.S. although someis grown as non-GMO apparently. Hopefully this is the non-GMO.Considered by nutritionists to be of valuable importance for heart health when takenwith certain other heart healthy nutrients.I'll keep taking until otherwise alerted to any problems. Very pricey product!
