I first picked this up because my area didn't have a place that carries OBW within an hour's drive. I bought this one thinking it would be passable, but it's legit my go-to now, even with a little herb shop that also carries waters and extracts. Reproducible, I have made so much orgeat and other syrups with it and am just now ordering a new bottle!

It smells delicious, and desserts made with this orange blossom water turn out amazing.

I purchased the Orange Blossom and the Rose. Both came in individual boxes; nicely packaged, but no bubble wrap. Mine came complete and unbroken, the Orange Blossom cap was dented, but the bottle and drip-top remained unbroken and in tacked. They do not have any cellophane or plastic seal, it's just the caps. As such, I did notice a bit of "sweating" when I unboxed them, but I unscrewed the caps, wiped off the few drops that were there and everything was fine. I've seen other people have had theirs arrive broken, so I wanted to take the time to share my experience. I am very pleased with them, very happy with my shipping and the quality of the products are top-notch!

Smells absolutely wholesome and natural.

I was looking for a refund option because there's something clearly wrong. Firstly, it's a pretty intense yellow color - I'm assuming that's a problem because it's a) not like in the picture, b) I have had two bottles of orange blossom water before (from Alwahdi or something like that) and both were clear. And then there's an odd brownish stain on the inside of the bottle. Then, it has a tremendously intense smell (like, admittedly, Fleur d'oranger should) only it's not just the orange blossom smell but also a scent of decay, not unlike overripe vegetable or rotten leaves. It almost smells as if someone had just left some of the orange blossoms in water to infuse. Again, I'm comparing to the scent and consistency of the blossom waters I've bought before - but even if didn't know what it's supposed to smell like I'd have reservations about adding this one to anything. If I could exchange or ask for a refund, I would because between the stain, the off color, and a frankly putrid undertone to the flavor - I'm not sure it's even safe to consume. Very disappointed, I love orange blossom water and was looking forward. I'll try to add pictures.
