This thing has been amazing. If you are a seller or business that is constantly printing labels, this is a must buy. It is super easy to use and I never have an issue starting up and it’s a seamless process The printing quality is great. It’s never blurry and I never had any issues shipping and the print speed is very fast and quiet.

I love that this is so easy and connects to my phone so it makes it very versatile and the app works well. no ink is even better it is thermal amd most thermal papers work well - great price and good investment. I am a baker so i need to make product stickers and it works well. Very well made , sturdy and small so it fits well in my space

Totally in love with this printer. Prints high quality 4" x 6" labels, perfect for mailing your packages. Easy to understand. I download from my phone to Printer. Excellent quality works really well. I've already printed over 50 labels. Has made mailings so much easier. Small and compact measuring only 8"Long x 3.35"With x 3.5" high Portable and easy to store.

This product is everything I need doesn't take up much space, easy to use and easy to setup. The best app that I've found is Shipping Printer Pro. All my thermal labels come out clean and it's easy to change settings.

Save yourself the headache and frustration of this printer. I bought this printer and 9 months later it would not power on. I tried everything, then reached out to customer support but to no avail on the power cord so I purchase a new cord for $25.00 and hey look at that the printer powers on great, right? Nooo, for shipping labels for example it would print everything on the label except for the tracking number (of which you need to ship). I tried to google, and YouTube the issue and didn't get anywhere so I reached back out to Jadens support and finally after sending more pictures and videos and the model number etc to them (I don't know how many times they repeatedly asked for the same thing) they finally say they have escalated it to tech support and even gave me a ticket number (it had been a month of trying to get them to help at this point) and guess what, nothing. I have asked for an update, when I will here from tech support and nothing but a generic apology. I don't know if they are trying to stretch this out until the one year mark or what but it is truly ridiculous, this printer did not last and though they have the customer support button right here on Amazon I still did not get any help or solution to the issues. I had to mark out all personable identifiers on the label but you can see it printed everything minus the tracking number. I don't understand with the new power cord you would think it would have been fixed but all it kept doing was printing everything but the tracking number and pulling the label back in like it wanted to print more but never did so I would have to open the label maker to remove the incomplete label. I have included a redacted printed label where it would not print the tracking number but unfortunately I do not know how to remove personal info from videos so I cannot show the video on here of what it is currently doing. All the way around bad experience, brand new (when it was working) the print quality was only okay and then everything else just terrible. I hope this long (sorry about that) review helps save someone the headache and frustration I have had with this Jadens printer.

I always wanted a label maker because I ship packages more often than not and I wanted something that was quick and easy instead of writing an address in marker or printing it out on paper and taping it to my packages. This thing prints very fast and the quality of the printouts are great! The fact that I don't need to even worry about ink because it's a thermal printer is also a huge bonus! The only caveat is that I had such a hard time trying to connect this printer to my desktop via bluetooth. I am pretty tech savvy and I read and watched all sorts of tutorials but for some reason it was never compatible or my computer's bluetooth would not even detect it when trying to pair. I even downloaded drivers from their website hoping the updated one would work but it did not. However, the workaround for this was just to download the app on my phone and I feel that it was probably the best way to do printouts anyways as I can edit the size, layout, and print quality through the app very easily. The app has no problems connecting to the printer via bluetooth so if you have issues like me, you can always just use the app!

Works great. Small and quiet machine. Quick and clear prints. No issues with jamming up or printing off scale/alignment is pretty accurate. The Jaden’s APP is nice and easy to use. I just wish you didn’t have to go in and connect each time (doesn’t automatically connect) and the fact that you can only connect to one printer at a time. Overall, a great buy! Does what it needs! Recommended to a couple family members and friends actually and they purchased too!

After comparing multiple products in the same category went in for Jadens thermal shipping label printer. But it exceeded my expectations, the print quality is amazing and when I was struck in the installation I quickly sent a messege in whatsapp to the support team. Within couple of seconds I received the reply with the correct steps. Anybody can sell a product but the after sales support is very important. If you are looking to buy a shipping label thermal printer go for Jadens. They will not disappoint you.

I have had this for almost one year and I love it. Easy to install and essential for any online business. My first printer was cheaper but horrible I had to return. I wish I found this Jaden’s thermal printer first. Worth the money !
