A: Made in China; ingredients are red beans, sugar, and water

**Q: What is nutritional information**
A: not sure myself but it is vegan, gluten free, and no preservatives, gmo, or msg. the sweetness is natural. there isnt any other information available.

**Q: How to store it?**
A: I stored the bag of sweetened red bean paste in the vegtabale drawer in fridge. Then froze in smaller containers what when frozen I food saver sealed for future use. Haven't defrosted any yet for new recipes, so don't know if freezing is a good storage sollution.

**Q: How hard would it be to use this to make anpan?**
A: I believe that anpan is exactly what this is intended for.
