This helps my skin look and feel firmer and have more muscle definition, which has always been an issue for me. I don't think it's magic and makes cellulite disappear like so many of these products claim, but with consistent use it does make those areas look and feel nicer. If you've ever contemplated buying the very expensive cream in the purple jar that claims to get rid of cellulite, this is basically the same kind of cream with a few different ingredients, some of which are much better for your skin, and a MUCH more affordable price.

This cream worked amazing. I am not a sweater and this cream worked wonders. The coffee smell is an added bonus.

This cream is amazing! It will feel hot after 5 moms or so after applying and will get real hot for a good 15mins or so BUT it is tolerable and it WILL make you sweat instantly even while you do day to day chores! I love that! The only thing is I apply the cream with a sweat belt ontop and it does tend to my the belt slide and move around as opposed to wearing the belt with no cream. But other than that it works great and smell good!

This is the only caffeine hot cream I’ve used that actually creates heat and makes me feel like I’m sweating more when working out. Other brands don’t compare as far as generating that heat. Highly recommend!

It works well and it is really hot but bearable and smells ok as it doesn’t leave any oily feeling after shower. I am using it since 5 days only and I’ll continue using it. As it’s used for large places of our body I expected the quantity to be more than this.

I tried the cream for many time With training and without and nothing made difference. Useless.
